Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: your email address, used to sign you in and to contact you about your account.
• Usage: for each lookup, the time, the jurisdiction and project type asked about, whether an answer was found, and whether it came through a connected app or an API key. We use this to apply plan limits, prevent abuse, and decide which areas to cover next.
• Connected apps: which AI applications you've allowed to use your account.
• Billing: handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and plan status, not your card details.

We do not receive your conversations with AI applications. We only receive the lookup the application sends (a jurisdiction and project type).

How we use it

To provide and bill for the service, enforce fair use, improve coverage and accuracy, and respond to you. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

• Supabase (database, sign-in and hosting of the service)
• Cloudflare (website hosting)
• Stripe (payments)
• Our email provider (sign-in links)

Retention

We keep account and billing records while your account is open and as long as needed for legal and tax purposes. Detailed lookup records are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted or aggregated.

Your choices

You can remove connected apps and API keys from your account page. To delete your account and its data, or to request a copy of it, email us.
